SCOX - sco just lost first round of their battle with IBM in court.  watch this company tank... have staked their whole reputation in the marketplace on a flimsy intellectual property claim against the biggest open source movement in the world.  how dumb are these people?  they themselves are using without compensation the freely given works of countless others... such as the good people at Samba.  real human trash.

Went to the airport to catch a flight to San Andreas... small island owned by colombia out in the carribean which through the byzantine politics and ancient feuds of man 'belongs' to Colombia even though it is only much closer to Nicaragua and two countries away from Colombia (costa rica and panama are in between). 

Waited in the airport for 12 hours while these losers at Intercontinental Fly-by-night repeated this BS about the flight coming in "2 more hours.... 2 more hours... 2 more hours... 2 more hours..."  They cooked up a real mad bunch of passengers with that recipe... ended up back in panama city on their nickel.  lousy festering sickness of a hotel called the Tropical Fiesta or some nonsense....

Did something good happen today?  trying to remember....  didn't die crashing into the ocean!  yes...
